On October 1, 2018, AIRA signed an agreement with the Chechen branch of The Russian Association of the Blind to open an innovative production facility in Grozny, where people with disabilities can work. 

The production site was opened on the basis of the rehabilitation center and is focused on the creation of smart projects for urban infrastructure based on the innovative material SELIN®.

Final preparations were made before the official opening ceremony: specialized workplaces for people with disabilities were arranged, employees were trained. The opening ceremony of the production facility took place in early November 2018.
